Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Peopoint (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including recruiters, hiring managers, and administrators.
2. Description of Service
Peopoint is an AI-powered recruitment platform that provides applicant tracking, candidate screening, CV analysis, and scoring services. The Service includes a web-based dashboard, public job board hosting, and AI-driven candidate evaluation tools.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription & Billing
Peopoint offers subscription plans billed monthly. Each plan includes a set number of CV credits per month. Additional credits may be purchased at the overage rate specified in your plan.
Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers on early adopter pricing will retain their locked-in rate.
5. CV Credits
A CV credit is consumed when a candidate passes knockout question screening and enters AI deep analysis. Candidates disqualified by knockout questions do not consume credits. Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles unless specified in your plan.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent candidate data
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI algorithms or scoring models
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
- Use the Service in a manner that discriminates against candidates based on protected characteristics
7. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all candidate data you upload to Peopoint. We do not claim ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide the Service as described. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
8. AI Scoring Disclaimer
AI-generated scores and recommendations are provided as decision-support tools, not definitive hiring decisions. You are responsible for all final hiring decisions. Peopoint does not guarantee the accuracy of AI analysis and recommends using scores alongside human judgment.
9. Limitation of Liability
Peopoint is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, hiring outcomes, or business opportunities.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
